What your doing wrong: change classic controls to standrad controls. You still don't have mouse look while in-car so position your camera before getting in. Also fixed car not rolling when letting off the gas by turning frame limiter ON. Another note: "xinput9_1_0.dll" does not work in GTA3 and VC so I put "xinput3_1.dll" from SA in 3 and VC and they work. #1.
